Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY - If you should need to cancel or reschedule your booking a MINIMUM 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will become liable for 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel "on the day", fail to attend your appointment or provide less than 24 hours notice, you will become liable for the full treatment cost.
