Whilst Indian Head Massage is often given in a seated position, our treatment has been adapted with you laying on the massage bed, as we feel this is a more relaxing position. This massage treatment stimulates blood flow and oxygen and includes drainage techniques & pressure points to relieve stress and tension working on the head, face & neck. This can help to alleviate tension headaches and migraines by increasing circulation and oxygen, together with alleviating sinus problems. .
