Relax on a heated bed snuggled in cosy towels and blankets with low lighting, relaxing music & using a warmed massage oil containing a blend of essential oils to help soothe & rebalance, bringing a sense of inner comfort, peace & positivity to the senses.

This treatment begins with a polishing mousse scrub to the feet containing essential oils, salt & poppy seeds which will exfoliate & leave the skin feeling naturally soft & smooth, removed with hot towelling mitts to provide a comforting warmth. Next your choice of either a relaxing SWEDISH or deeply relaxing & warming HOT STONE massage to the feet, back neck & shoulders, back of the arms & hands will be carried out to help to drift away to a place of calm & tranquility. Next a relaxing & aromatic facial treatment using organic products beginning with a facial wash formulated with a unique blend of orange, rosewood & meadowsweet extracts to help promote blood circulation, protect the skin barrier & deeply moisturise without heaviness. Next a lavender & geranium scrub mask will be applied which will gently exfoliate the skin whilst providing moisturising protection, the pure aromatherapy oils contained with this scrub mask will help to balance your mind & mood, bringing calm to a stressed mind. Your skin will then be treated to a little luxury with a beautifully soft & effective mineral rich face mask. Active chamomile extract brings intense hydration to your face, whilst the natural palmarosa & rosewood help invigorate your skins circulation leading to a healthier, softer complexion. Whilst the mask is on your choice of either a neck & shoulder or a scalp massage will be carried out. A spritz of a refreshing & revitalizing grapefruit water detox toner will then be applied bringing a unique detoxifying experience to your skin, the uplifting sensation of this stimulating product helps to firm while invigorating at the same time. To conclude the facial part of this treatment an application of an orange, lemon, vitamin C & argan oil moisturiser is applied to help boost circulation and rejuvenate the skin.

I am often asked my clients once a treatment is finished, 'could you just leave me here for a while on the heated bed so I can have a little snooze'. This treatment includes a little piece of quiet time on your own whilst your skin is rejuvenated and includes your choice of either a soothing Swedish or muscle melting Hot Stone Back, Neck & Shoulder massage combined with some Swedish massage to melt away that tension. Next you are treated to an aromatic anti-ageing Facial treatment beginning with beautifully aromatic & nourishing oil cleanser to dissolve make-up & sebum whilst citrus essential oils provide a zesty, uplifting aroma. Next an exfoliating face wash containing a hand blended combination of marine collagen, aloe vera, mandarin & natural pumice to gently remove dead skin cells & activate your skin with infused marine collagen leaving you with a fantastic glow & vibrancy. Next a creamy textured antioxidant masque is applied which contains a powerhouse of natural, good-for-skin ingredients which helps to increase skin suppleness, brightness, luminosity and essential hydration. whilst the masque is on a relaxing shoulder, neck & scalp massage is carried out. Now for some skin rejuvenation using LED Light Therapy Treatment. This non-invasive treatment involves an LED mask placed close to the skin which will kick-start the cells beneath the skins surface leading to an increase in collagen production, reduction of wrinkles, fine lines & a rejuvenation of the skin. You will be left in peace for half an hour whilst your skin benefits from this treatment, (this is your time to have a little snooze). To conclude this treatment an application of a firming serum is applied to the face, under eye area & neck which contains potent advanced ingredients to support & strengthen the skin, in turn helping to firm & minimise the appearance of lines & wrinkles. Next an ultra hydrating toner packed with hyaluronic toner is spritzed over the skin promoting a fresh, dewy complexion followed by an age defying moisturiser packed with easily absorbed botanicals, essential oils & ceramides to help regenerate the skin.
