Surrender to a state of profound relaxation with this indulgent experience, designed to quiet the mind, ease physical tension & restore inner balance. Your journey begins with your choice of either a soothing Swedish massage to the back of the legs & back, neck & shoulders, or a warming & muscle-melting Hot Stone massage using hot stones to massage over the muscles and includes some Swedish massage movements, using slow, flowing movements to melt away stress & release muscular fatigue. As your body sinks into stillness, drift into a deeper state of calm as a jasmine-scented heated eye mask is gently applied, encouraging complete rest & sensory calm, while a therapeutic scalp massage lulls you into a meditative state. (The eye mask can then be taken home to re-use as a sleep mask). Your experience concludes with an aromatic facial treatment. Beginning with a skin softening cleanser which includes a beautiful blend of orange blossom & Brazillian rosewood, next a lavender & geranium face scrub to remove dead skin cells leaving soft & glowing skin. An aromatic facial oil will then be applied followed by a gentle lymphatic drainage massage to stimulate circulation & oxygen flow, enhancing skin vitality & radiance. A deeply hydrating & cooling aloe vera gel mask is then applied to replenish dry, dehydrated skin, whilst the mask is on a hand massage using a rich body butter is performed. The ritual finishes with a cooling aloe vera eye gel to nourish and help minimise the appearance of fine lines, a spritz of lavender & chamomile toner to soothe & calm the skin, followed by either a nourishing day or night cream.
